Founder & CEO:

Hoda Hamedifar is the founder of ESGCERT. There, she assists companies in utilizing their impact investment strategy to their advantage with investors, employees, and customers. Hoda helps Private Equity and VC firms around the world to define, evaluate, and report impact across their public and private market investments. She helps large private investors and sovereign wealth funds assemble highly targeted and customized impact investment portfolios. Hoda provides top-down impact frameworks that inform the investment underwriting process.  She focuses on identifying thematic social and environmentally beneficial outcomes and how those outcomes can be achieved through specific investment activities. She is a partner at the M&A advisory firm Sansa Advisors and has been working in the finance industry for a decade. She is also an active Impact Investment angel.

Hoda completed her Environmental planning and finance education at California State Polytechnic University. She then expanded her skills in impact investment at the University of Oxford Said Business School. In her spare time, she is a visual artist, art admirer, yogi, and athlete.
